Welcome To 2nd Aurora Beavers!

Parents, register your child at StAndrewsHall, the date is TBD, please check back in late August for updates.

•	All 2nd Aurora Scouting Sections (Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, Rovers) may register at the above time.

•	Registration cost is $200.

•	To Save Time: Download the 2010 - 2011 Youth Program Participant Enrolment Form (.pdf) , fill it in, print it out, and bring it with you to the registration event.

•	Please Volunteer Your Time: Adults, you may also register as a Volunteer or Leader by downloading the Application for Membership and Appointment of Volunteers, and Volunteer Screening Checklist Form (.pdf)

•	Need Help Filling Out The Forms? Please go to our AboutUs page, scroll to the bottom and contact our Registrar or Group Commissioner!

Volunteers Required!

Parents, we need your help to keep 2nd Aurora running!

•	We need help with specific events, our weekly scouting programs, as well as various scouting committees and functions.

•	You can help us by printing and filling out the Application for Membership and Appointment of Volunteers, and Volunteer Screening Checklist Form (.pdf)

•	Just hand the completed form in to one of the Beaver Leaders!

Our Fund Raising Activites

•	2nd Aurora Scouting Group is working with www.ShopAndSupport.ca year-round to raise funds to support our group's activities. Please contact Ringtail@2ndaurora.ca to find out how you can participate.

•	Apple Day fundraising -- A very successful event which takes place in October.

•	Scout Popcorn fundraising -- our official fund raiser -- October through November.

•	Scoutrees -- our annual effort to raise money by planting trees -- January through May.

Upcoming Events

NOTES

1.) Beavers are required to wear thier full uniform to all events.

•	Beaver's hats and vests are available from the Scout Shop.

2.) Always dress for the weather; we may go outside!

The 2010 - 2011 Scouting year for Beavers runs from September until May. Please check back in late August for programme updates and registration dates.

While we don't recommend that you request an email for every update of every page, we do recommend that you at least sign up for the mailing list for this page as this is where all important news about Beavers and 2nd Aurora Group activities will be posted.
